I just received an emailed newsletter from my MP. Except, I didn’t sign up for it. Oh, I know exactly why I’m on his email list. Back in December I wrote to him via email as a constituent about a problem. As it turns out, it isn’t something he could have helped me with anyway, but that’s by the by. He didn’t bother to grace me with a response, unlike the MEPs I contacted. No, I hear not a dickey bird in response to my communication from that day until this, when I get this newsletter. Still, it was only a couple of clicks to unsubscribe.
It is, however, very naughty.
