As part of my historical research into medieval warfare for my current novel (this is a bit earlier than the period I’m writing about, but it gives me a flavour) I watched this video (removed due to infection). It’s fascinating stuff, but it’s the comments where I laughed:
1250: mace to the face, spits out blood and carries on fighting
2020: got pronouns wrong, needs a safe space
Says it all, really.

It says it has blocked download of “legal software which can be used to damage your computer or personal data”

Okay, I’m stumped. All I can do is keep an eye on it. Nothing I can find.
Right. Found it. It was an attempt at cross scripting. It was embedded in the YouTube comment I’d copied and pasted. It’s now gone.
