Stateless?

Wow! I didn’t expect that.

The report suggests that she might have dual nationality – in which case, the move is perfectly legal. However, if she only has a British passport, then it is in breach of international law. Putting aside the individual for a moment, if true, that is worrying.

Going back to the individual – if ever there was a case for the reintroduction of treason laws, this is it.

Update: According to the Mail (okay, okay) she has Bangladeshi citizenship so she can fuck off there.

  1. I wouldn’t hold your breath. She’s still got the appeal. Then the court case funded by George Soros because “Muh Racism”, then the appeal for that. I expect this to be deliberately dragged out by the champagne socialists of globalisation to dissuade future ministers from doing the same.

I think that the current Home Secretary only did so because the usual “Racist” diatribes aren’t going to stick, with him being an ethnic an all…

    • Isn’t Saj an atheist (or at least non-practising Muslim) with a Christian wife (and possibly Christian children)? Does that make him an apostate and enemy of the extremists?

Makes all this more interesting to watch.

  2. The point here is that our laws, our generosity, our civilization are simply things to be exploited and used against us. Either by this debased and disgusting creature or by those who wish to use it to further their hate filled anti-white, anti western agenda.

I for one am “woke” to this and have been for years as I suspect are a significant part, quite likely a majority, of the decent and law abiding population.

I have to confess to being surprised that this creatures UK citizenship was taken away and I do like to think this is a straw in the wind.

This whole “islamification” thing. The treacherous establishment peddle this whole tide of history bollocks, that this country becoming an Islamic shitehole is somehow inevitable and that we had just better get used to it.

    Well FUCK THAT!

I wonder for how much longer they can maintain the increasingly desperate suppression of any criticism, indeed anything other than fawning admiration for this primeval death cult.

The gap between what decent British people feel and what the dhimi establishment say is even more yawning than that over the EU.

    • Agree entirely. Mainstream Islam is pure evil, there is no perversion of Islam by extremists, the cult of Mohammad (may eternal suffering be upon the utter piece of shite) is the problem.

  3. Treason was so hard to prove in the days when the legal system was meticulous, that the British Government introduced the Treachery Act 1940 to leap over legal fences and get at its victims faster. If you really want to bring people to justice for treason, there are still people around from the Seventies and earlier who plotted to sell out national sovereignty by stealth. This girl was just a hormonal ninny housewife.

  4. She isn’t a reason for introducing treason laws. We have enough laws to deal with her if SJWs just got out of the way.

Treason laws need to be introduced for what our politicians are doing to Brexit.

  5. While I have no time for this worthless girl and her sympathisers, I do have a problem with those who would just make up the law on the hoof in order to deal with her. That kind of thing sets dangerous precedents that can later be used against the rest of us.

      • I think that’s the concern of anybody with any regard for law and due process.

But for the last 20 years or so a verminous death cult has been weaponised and used against white British people by a poisonous, hate filled establishment.

Why they are SO filled with hate for the indigenous majority I simply cannot get my head round (and believe me I’ve tried). Neither can I get my head round what sort of end game they think this will lead to. Do these dhimi whores imagine they would be somehow exempt? Do they believe that a completely “vibrant” Britain would still have £50k non jobs with a Waitrose next door for them (actually, they probably do, so detached are they from reality).

Stinking, primitive Islamic hell on earth or brownshirts on the streets, which would you choose?

Yes, this does sound melodramatic but if you are in one of these “vibrant” ghettos and can’t get out (often because of decades of establishment policy) then what is your choice? And of course, you don’t have to have “vibrancy” on your doorstep to be concerned.

Tyranny or chaos? It’s a choice many people’s and countries have had to make over the centuries. Are we going to have to?

I like to think not as I do have faith in this country and it’s people. But this faith is difficult to maintain in the face of a political class/establishment which seems hell bent on doing as much damage as it can.

        • brownshirts on the streets, which would you choose?

Brownshirts at a pinch, not because I have any love of fascists, but rather because it is better to tolerate a temporary and reversible period of fascist anarchy than it is to put up with treason from “those who would rule us” and invasion from the Islamic hordes.

A few politicians heads on spikes or piano wire decorations from the lamp posts of Whitehall would act as a disincentive for more treason. For a period of time at least, but a generation of “Putting the people first” would do no harm.

          • Indeed the lesser of two evils us still evil but, as you say, brownshirts would be reversible (No pun intended!)

I don’t think we’re there yet but looking at France and Sweden who are further along this path another 10-20 years of this trajectory I think will lead to some very ugly politics from the majority.

Mistaking tolerance and a reluctance to start a fight as weakness is a mistake many have made with the British people over the centuries.

  6. But she has a state, she has a people, she joined the caliphate! What more could a girl need, except perhaps equality, the rule of law, social care, education, not being killed by the kurds and contraception?

    • I’m still kinda hoping that the Syrians drag her out of the “refugee” camp she is in and throw her in jail with the rest of the ISIS scum.

Seems like their method of dealing with “Membership of ISIS”, specifically a sentence of death is a more permanent way of dealing with the problem.

It would also have the advantage of creating a great “Wailing and gnashing of teeth” among the London Metropolitan bubble types.

    • How to deal with Shamima Begum

She betrayed her fellow citizens. We should decide what happens next.

First, we should update and reform the law of treason to place the public at the heart of how these issues are resolved. Sentencing criminals is usually done by a judge, using precedent. Here there is no precedent. A judge has no greater moral ability to determine Begum’s fate than anyone else. We need, at least, for the tribunal that tries Begum to be formed by a jury with the power both to convict and sentence her. This would be a new kind of court, but these are new kinds of adjudications…
