Guilty

Kill the witch!

As mentioned here, this case is deeply disturbing.

A commuter has been cleared of sexually assaulting a well-known actress after a jury rejected claims the crime could have taken place in a brief half-second contact in a busy railway station.

Mark Pearson apparently penetrated this woman while passing her in Waterloo station, having both hands full – all in a matter of half a second.  The man is a genius. Or a contortionist. Or both. What is worrying is that the CPS meddled with the footage and if it wasn’t for the defence team picking up on this, it would have been presented to the jury as was.

So, we have a complaint that was entirely without merit getting as far as court and the CPS doctoring evidence. This is a disgrace. That the complainant retains her anonymity while Pearson is dragged though the courts and the media is also a fucking disgrace.

Those responsible should be forced to compensate him for his losses – not to mention pain and suffering – along with all legal costs out of their own pockets. Perhaps then, they will think twice before bringing frivolous and vexations prosecutions.

There were no witnesses, no forensic evidence and the actress failed to pick out Mr Pearson in an identity parade of video images following the alleged incident in December 2014.

And yet, despite this remarkable lack of any evidence whatsoever…

A CPS spokesman said: “There was sufficient evidence for this case to proceed to court and progress to trial. We respect the decision of the jury.”

This is frightening.

Clearly Mr Pearson is guilty – guilty of being white, middle-aged and male in a public place.

You think I’m joking?

  1. All comments in the mainstream media articles for this are unsurprisingly switched off. So I will ask here – why is this woman not being prosecuted for making malicious claims and wasting Police time?

Surely that has to be worth 6 months inside? for ruining Pearson’s life that’s a fair exchange.

  2. I remember the late Michael Horden had a certain “ability” in “Up Pompeii”, “Just a little trick I learnt in the Army”. But really, less than half a second and in a massively public place? I can only assume that Kafka is running the CPS these days. Thank God we don’t have a Witchfinder (or Paedofinder)General…

  3. a complaint that was entirely without merit

However unlikely the story sounds, it may have merit; it depends on when this is supposed to have happened. It cannot have been Mr Pearson. That does not make it impossible for it to have been someone else, although it cannot have been in those four seconds.

We do not know the identity of the complainant but assuming the Wail was given truthful information, if a well-known actress in her sixties says someone sexually assaulted her, then why not believe her?

Absent any mental illness which involves delusions or repeated accusations, being famous is of itself enough to attract crazy opportunistic people. And if the actress makes the same trip regularly, is it possible that a fan has stalked her? Jill Dando’s murder was never solved either.

Back to Mr Pearson. The complainant did not pick him out of a line-up. Her claim is not that Mr Pearson attacked her, but that someone did and the police and CPS say it was him. AFAICS, the reason the police picked on him was that he has a bald head and was more identifiable in the CCTV pictures and other people. Someone must be arrested. Here is someone we can arrest. That does not explain why the judge let this case go ahead on no evidence whatsoever.

Looking back to December 2014, sane and sensible people would not have believed that opportunistic sexual assault was becoming common, or that it might have a political dimension. Although some women had complained of sex-pests, it was assumed they were the victims of individually abberant behaviour.

But that was before Cologne etc. Is it possible that what the lady says happened, but that the police should have been looking for someone who is generally not a middle-aged white guy (MAWG)? If the complainant happens to be a well-known Jewish lady, I can think of people who would see that as legitimising an assault.

N.B. I am not saying she IS a Jewish lady or that she is telling the truth, or that she was targetted and the assault was not random.
I am just saying that when you factor in the use of sexual assault as a weapon, which we now know is happening, it is not such a far-fetched hypothesis.

    • I agree with your train of thought – I hadn’t looked at it that way before.

Trouble is, surely – why didn’t the Police also investigate the possibilities you suggest, instead of trying to fit up an innocent man of presumed good character? And I again agree with you that both the CPS and the Court conspired to pervert the course of justice. But what can an ordinary taxpayer do to make any impact at all on such institutions? Not much, not much at all.

      Thanks and regards, Peter

      • A good question, although the role of the CPS is the key one because they have the legal responsibility for the prosecution. That is why it is a separate service.

We need to know who took the decision to distort the video. My guess is that the explanation you seek lies there. It had to be a conscious decision because it is intended to bamboozle the defence, the bench and the jury. Find that person, and ask if they have a personal or financial connection to whoever authorized the team to arrest Mr Pearson

What we really need to know is whether this was mistake or malice – because it has to be one of the two. Does somebody know the real assailant but decided to blame the nearest MAWG as a distraction?

Having over-dosed on the New X-Files, how about the idea that the police, in their drive for diversity, have recruited ISIS sleepers? Their job now is to disguise crimes which are politically motivated sexual assaults by either refusing to record them or, if pushed (because a 60+ year old actress might know her own mind) to arrest the nearest white man.

Perhaps Mr Pearson’s age has been overlooked as a factor? If the police had arrested a 20 year old white male it would have been harder for the jury to credit a sexual motive for him to assault a woman old enough to be his granny (however well she wears the years). But by arresting a 50+ man, they reduce the perceived age gap between him and the complainant.

Perhaps Mr Pearson was arrested because he typifies a middle-aged white man going about his peaceful business. Find who benefits from that, and you have answers. I am just pointing out that some explanations which previously seemed far-fetched now look a lot more plausible.

        • Woman on Raft … I’m sorry what crime ? seriously where is there a crime here ? The only crime that exists is what happened to Mark Pearson. It goes beyond malice.

Your train of thought has no bearing in fact. At that point in time, the offence for which Mark Pearson was charged was this woman sexual assaulted ? yes or no ?

The answer is no, so there is only 1 logical conclusion, no crime was committed and this mis-guided woman was not sexually assaulted. To try and atest that some sexual crime might have happened at some time by someone is absurd.

To follow your hypothesis, you could say that it is plausible the woman could have been murdered… so why not charge Mark Pearson with murder ?

Why was he not charged with murder ? because there was no murder ….

The CPS and the investigating police officers should be fooking ashamed of themselves ….

The biggest injustice here is that Mark Pearson is the only person publicly named and as for the woman who is the supposed victim, she should be charged with perverting the course of justice ….mentally challenged or not.

I must remember next time I brush past someone, to make sure I take full video statements from all those around me …. or better still just like the police …are all middled aged white men such as me destined to wear a gro-pro all the time, just to prove we are law abiding citizens…. like Mark Pearson.

Fooking heaven help us all when that day comes ….

    • She’s not remotely well known, I’d never heard of her and neither would most people, let alone recognise her in the street.

    • Surely,if it wasn’t the guy they tried to fit up,then it cannot be entirely beyond the wit of the police force, (was it the Transport Police,on this case?) to run the video again and again to establish whether there was an incident or not and Ho ,if anyone was responsible.
      Or maybe not.

    • There is no evidence that a crime has been committed. The complainant states that she was digitally penetrated. Waterloo is a busy station. And no one noticed someone lifting her skirt, lowering her jogging pants and presumably knickers. No one? Seriously?

Presumably she gave the police a location and time-frame, which is why they looked at this particular footage. However, the CCTV does not confirm any assault despite the best efforts of the CPS to make one up.

So, no CCTV evidence, no forensics and no witnesses and she could not identify her assailant. No, I don’t believe her.

All I can say is thank goodness for juries as the justice system has become so poisoned by political correctness, that simply being a MAWG in a public place means the bastards will try to fit you up so that they can satisfy their clear-up rates even if they have no evidence of a crime. Disgraceful doesn’t even come close to accurately describing it.

  4. I hadn’t heard of her either. In this respect much of the reporting was fairly misleading as she was nowhere near as well-known as implied and numerous very famous women have been unjustly suspected.
There was also the implication that the accused might have assaulted her at least partly because of her supposed fame, but I doubt if he knew her by sight well enough to recognize her in passing, even if he knew her voice, before the event.

  5. Wrongful Arrest charge someone?
    Vexatious litigation, someone?
    Wasting Police time, someone?

    Thought not
