Shouting From the Rooftops

John Galt says this needs shouting from the rooftops.

A pregnant woman has had her baby forcibly removed by caesarean section by social workers.

Essex social services obtained a High Court order against the woman that allowed her to be forcibly sedated and her child to be taken from her womb.

The council said it was acting in the best interests of the woman, an Italian who was in Britain on a work trip, because she had suffered a mental breakdown.

The baby girl, now 15 months old, is still in the care of social services, who are refusing to give her back to the mother, even though she claims to have made a full recovery.

Like him, I am incandescent with rage. The state is the most vile, evil organisation imaginable. The state is not your friend, it is your worst enemy. That our state can operate secret courts that will forcibly take a child from its mother’s womb tells us all we need to know about this wicked monstrosity. The court of protection needs disbanding now. All justice needs to be transparent for secret justice is not justice at all, it is the machinery of the police state.

There are no words in the English language to adequately describe just how evil these people are or how much I despise them.

Scum, the lot of them. Evil, spiteful, execrable, pernicious scum, every single one of them.

Anyone who refers to Britain as a civilised country is deluding themselves when a child is forcibly removed from her mother’s womb and put up for adoption. As JG mentioned – if you are pregnant don’t come to the UK. A panic attack can see you sectioned under the mental health act and your child stolen from you, all in your best interests of course. The fascists of the twentieth century had nothing on these cunts. Everyone who was involved in this violent assault should be gaoled for a long, long time.

Repeat after me; the state is not your friend, the state is not your friend, the state is not your friend…

  1. Just blogged on this myself after Lady QM went almost incandescent over it. One can’t help but wonder who is getting the children snatched by the courts and are they trusted servants of the state…

  2. There really will have to be a day of reckoning with these inhuman – words & adjectives fail me!

At what point did public servants become public masters?

I hope she sues them to hell and back – AND that they have to pay it personally. It’s overdue that the Star Chambers are consigned to the scrap-heap, too.

I do believe that the state has never been anyone’s friend, other than it’s own…

    See Pournelle’s Iron Law (again)

    • Why can she not go to the European Human Rights courts? They overrule all other British courts.

For once they could actually do something positive, or are they only interested in protecting the “rights” of Islamic terrorists?

  3. Now that some days have passed after the media frenzy over the story, some real facts are coming out and not just the hype. The thing that made me think twice about the story was the caesarian bit. Doctors wouldn’t do this just because the SS asked for it, they’d only do it if there was a medical need for it. When you consider that the mother is already diagnosed as having some mental health issues, her saying that the baby was ripped from her belly should be seen as not necessarily totally true. Plus that it happened over a year ago why should it suddenly be news now unless someone has seen fit to use it for their own purposes.
