		<description>I remember (in a previous job) reassembling the head of someone who'd walked up the line to meet an oncoming train in order to render him a: identifiable by BTP, and b: viewable by his boyfriend.  It took five hours.  

You are absolutely right.  Where this stupid idea got started that tragedy can simply be airbrushed out of life and social comment will probably be one for the sociologists of the future, but it's unhealthy and it's wrong.
