Via Haddock, I see that owning a cat reduces one’s risk of a stroke by over a third. So does this mean that owning ten cats reduces my risk by ten thirds?

If you have 10 cats the chances of anyone knowing if you died of a stroke is zero, cos the moggies would have eaten your body long before the Coroner could get to it.

Cats are the best. It tells you everything you need to know about Tony & Cherie Blair that they are cat haters and got rid of Humphry, the Downing Street cat when they arrived at No 10.

Ah, yes, indeed. I couldn’t be without cats in my life. They are ideal companions. Utterly self-centred, but huge fun.
