As December melts into January snow;
I ask myself; where did autumn go?
The gold and russet of gentle summer passed
And now has October gone so fast?
Mellow September has waned away
And the equinox brings a shorter day.
Dark midwinter will soon be here
And has October gone for another year?

Nice poem. I don’t know about you but yesterday was blazing hot here, it was a lovely day.
